Practitioner Experience and Training
All our practitioners are experienced therapists before they even begin to study the specific Ageing Unplugged programme and so they have abundant skills to help you get the best out of it. Any one of them will be happy to have a chat with you by phone, by Skype, or in person to advise you of their availability and what they can do for you.
They all have plenty of therapy experience, some specialising in certain areas such as pain management, anxiety, depression or other issues and these will show on their profiles on this site. Most will be able to work with you via Skype if you’re not able to visit them in person – and it’s possible that some might come to you, either at home or your place of work. This is very much up to the individual practitioner, as is their scale of fees.
If you don’t see a practitioner in your area, more will be joining soon – Ageing Unplugged was launched in 2018 and the training programme is ongoing.

Biography
Clinical Hypnotherapist, Personal Development Coach, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Master Practitioner, Laughter Yoga Leader and Qualified Trainer.
Working with clients to help them get where they want to be in life, I feel privileged to be able to use my skills and experience to help transform peoples’ lives. I am qualified in a wide range of hypnotherapy practices, which I utilise in guiding clients to use the power of their mind to achieve the change they desire, whilst they remain in complete control.
Specialising in Clinical Hypnotherapy, I am passionate about working with people who have long term health conditions. I enjoy helping them to get the most out of life, despite their diagnosis.
I support people to achieve their goals through using a range of therapeutic techniques, creating a package of support that’s completely tailored to meet a client’s individual needs. That package could contain a unique blend of hypnotherapy, NLP, mindfulness, laughter yoga or a combination of them all. Of utmost importance to me, is putting you at the centre of everything that I do.
All of the therapies that I practice are gentle and supportive. I teach and empower clients to use the techniques for themselves. And, what often surprises clients, is that much of what I do can be done “content free”. In other words, I’m interested in how you are processing memories, which means that you don’t necessarily have to tell me what those memories are. Although, if you do want to tell me, that’s OK too. As a member of a range of professional bodies, I’m bound by a code of ethics which ensures that whatever you tell me is kept confidential (unless you tell me that you’re planning on breaking the law!).
When engaging a therapist, its important to work with someone you feel relaxed with but who is also willing to challenge your thinking (if necessary!). There has to be a good level of rapport. To make sure that I’m the right therapist for you and that you’re the right client for me, I offer all potential clients a 30 minute, free, no obligation telephone consultation. This gives you the opportunity to ask questions about how I work, what’s involved, and what you can expect. It also allows me to confirm that I’m the best therapist to work with you to achieve the outcome you had in mind. The consultation can be booked by phone or via the website. So what are you waiting for? I’m eager to meet you!
