About The Ageing-Unplugged Programme

You’ll begin to experience a renewed vitality from the very first session – and our practitioners make each session a fantastically uplifting experience so that you begin to rediscover energy and enthusiasm for life straight away. They use ordinary everyday language, too, so there’s no ‘therapy jargon’ involved! And we can even work over the internet if necessary, so you can always find our help.

The first session doubles as an assessment process so we can advise you just how much you will be able to get out of the programme… and after that, it’s up to you how often you see the practitioner and how much you do. We like to make it easy to revitalise your life – and programme will be customised specifically for you and what you want to achieve.

If you’re ‘getting on a bit’ you’ll be surprised how easily you’ll be able to get some vitality and enjoyment back into your life – and on the other hand, if you can still bound up the stairs two-at-a-time, we’ll help you keep doing that for far longer than you might imagine!

After that first session, there are four stages, each of which might cover a few sessions which can be taken on a regular basis or just when you feel like it:

Stage one helps to create positive change almost without you realising it – we help you change what can be changed and how to make the very best out that which cannot. You’ll learn a whole new way of being and discover a whole new you! Start to develop better resilience, optimism and energy.

Stage two: This is where you will start to discover how to delay some of the physical process of ageing, as well as how to cope with some of the ‘stuff’ that life dumps on us all from time to time. Not only that, you’ll begin to be able to let go of past hurts and rejections that have left their mark, even if you don’t realise it, and find a new purpose in life.

Stage three: Moving into the ‘really clever stuff’ here, you will discover how to do some amazingly effective self-help stuff under the guidance of our experts. This is not the sort of thing you might read in a self-help book, but a supercharged personal coaching process.

Stage four: Sustainability is the watchword here – learning how to maintain and continually enhance your new enjoyment of life and how to resolve invisible ‘inner resistance’. This is the ‘jewel in the crown’ of personal improvement processes.

The programme will help you develop all the aspects of living a happy life:

  • Resilience
  • Energy
  • Staying power
  • Optimism
  • Enthusiasm
  • Overall well-being

Each stage will usually be of more than one session which can be spread over as long a period as you wish – and each session is designed to make a real ‘difference for today’ – in other words, every session will lift your spirits and keep you focussed on the best bits of life!

So whether you’re a high-flying young exec seeking to make sure you survive without burnout, an older top-level player who wants to stay there for a while longer yet, or somebody with a ‘few miles on the clock’ who is enjoying not being told what to do any more, we have something for you!

To take the first step, scan our database to find a practitioner near you, or one whose profile ‘hits the spot’!

A: well, you could have a session every week… or you could spread them over a longer period. Each session is separate and works at a specific thing so there’s no problem.
