Stopping Ageing in it’s tracks
Wouldn’t it be great if we could simply unplug the whole ageing process so that it simply stopped?
We can’t promise that but we can help you to slow it down so you can get the best out of life – whether you’re a young entrepreneur who wants to defy ageing to maintain energy and vigour, or just looking to truly enjoy your later years!
Wherever you are in life, we have something for you:
- If you’re still climbing the career ladder, we can help you do it better but with less stress and angst - both of which accelerate physical ageing more than you could ever realise.
- If you’re in mid-life and just beginning to recognise how tiresome and taxing some parts of life are, we can help you put a spring back in your step.
- You’ve got ‘a few miles on the clock’ and fancy winding it back a bit… well we can’t actually remove years but we can certainly make you feel like we have!
The Process of Ageing
The whole process of ageing has very nearly as much to do with the mind as with the body and it is a fact that some people just seem to successfully ignore the accumulation of years. Somehow, they seem to maintain a level of energy and enthusiasm that you might either envy or find irritating!
You might think it’s all to do with their genes… and it might be, to an extent. But there actually is a Big Secret to defying the years and you’re in exactly the right place to discover what it is!
Ageing-Unplugged Programme Overview
The Ageing-Unplugged programme was devised by Terence Watts, a psychotherapist with more than 35,000 client hours to his credit. Terence has written almost thirty books for therapists, created seventeen professional training programmes, founded a British Society, two therapy associations, and two training organisations.
One of the training organisations is The Essex Institute, which was established in 1999 and has trained thousands of professional therapists all over the world. It’s though this institute that all our practitioners studied the dedicated Ageing Unplugged training course, which was created by Terence himself, based on his vast experience.
You might wonder what this man knows about forestalling the ageing process… well, plenty, as it happens. He was born in 1941 and in 2018 is still working a ten-hour, seven-day week! This is nothing to do with need or obsession, as it might be with some – it’s all to do with delight in being alive, being enthusiastic, and teaching others how to create the best possible version of themselves!
This is somebody who certainly ‘walks his talk’ – they do say that experience makes the best teachers, and Terence has 77 years of experience!
Find a Practitioner
All our practitioners are experienced therapists before they even begin to study the specific Ageing-Unplugged programme and so they have abundant skills to help you get the best out of it. Any one of them will be happy to have a chat with you by phone, by Skype, or in person to advise you of their availability and what they can do for you.
